How Do I know What PIG Account my Diamond Elite Subscription is attached to?

First login to your Diamond Elite account and click on “My Profile” under My Account to see what username you have put in.

Once you have the username, login to your Pay It Global account and click on “Subscriptions” under the Merchant Menu. You will then see the Subscription ID#, Original Transaction #, Start Date, Last Payment Date and Next Payment Date.

You can now cross match the Subscription ID from your Diamond Elite Profile with the subscription to tell you when the payment is due.
