How Do I Cancel My Membership?
To cancel your BBS Global Diamond Elite membership, you need to submit a support ticket clearly identifying which position(s) you wish to have canceled.
We will honor the date on your cancellation request ticket. If transactions and subscription fees are automatically taken from your PIG account after you have your request submitted, the staff with reverse these transactions when processing your cancellation request. If your request is submitted after your fees are due and paid through the auto-subscription system, no refunds will be given.
Per the terms of service for BBS Global Diamond Elite, if you request a cancellation within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Your funds will be returned to your PayItGlobal.com (PIG) account and be available for withdrawal at your request.
DISCLOSURE: BBS Global Diamond Elite, as with various other affiliate programs, has a minimum payout specification in your account profile. The lowest setting available is $17.00. If a cancellation request is submitted for an account that has earned commissions less than your minimum payout setting, you will forfeit these earned commissions upon cancellation. It is strongly suggested that prior to making a cancellation request, you set your minimum payout to the lowest setting ($17.00) and allow any earned commissions in excess of this number to be paid to your PIG account during the nightly payment cycle. Again, upon receiving a cancellation request, ANY and ALL earned commissions not paid to your PIG account from the BBS Global Diamond Elite system will be forfeited.
